France and the medicinal use of cannabis

In France the laws on cannabis are very strict. Even medicinal use, with the exception of the Sativa spray for MS-patients, is not allowed. Cannabis News Network reports.

Nevertheless, the third edition of the UFCM iCare symposium on the use of cannabinoids in medicine was held in Strasbourg. This symposium was opened by a representative of the Mayor of the city of Strasbourg, Doctor Alexandre Feltz. A special occasion in a county known for its harsh cannabis laws.
